Francisco Panchito Vileza is a small-scale producer whose passion and knowledge about coffee comes from his grandparents, who taught first his father and then him how to farm the farm and how to produce high quality coffee.

His plantation covers 3 hectares at an altitude of about 1700 mlsm. The coffee is harvested by hand as in all cooperatives. Thanks to better sales conditions Panchito is investing part of the proceeds to improve all production processes and to preserve the quality of its product.
