Prices and shipping costs:
The prices shown on the product page include the statutory VAT and other price components and are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF).
In addition to the prices indicated, shipping costs may apply depending on the delivery address, quantity of goods and the item. The exact shipping costs are displayed to the customer during the ordering process. There are no additional costs for deliveries to Switzerland. Espressos delivers the ordered items directly to your home via Swiss Post or another partner. We will charge you a shipping cost for postage, packaging and insurance of 7.90 CHF.
From a purchase amount of 79.00 CHF, shipping costs in Switzerland are free for the customer (paid by Espressos). Items for which additional transport costs are incurred are marked accordingly.

For shipments of larger orders we rely on some of the following partners in the area: SIEBER, PLANZER, DSV

Delivery status:
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes your tracking number.
If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don't worry! We know the delivery date or date range provided at checkout and will be sure to deliver the items within that time range.
Order Changes:
Please contact us immediately with any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other models.
Item Not Received:
If you have successfully placed an order and have not yet received it while the tracking status shows that it has been delivered we recommend that you contact the courier to locate your shipment. If the problem persists, please email us at info@espressos.ch
